TRANSACTION MANAGER M&A
The Transaction Manager is in charge of the entire property acquisition process and the management of all post acquisition issues arising from Cofinimmo’s activity.
Both administrative and technical management and monitoring of all activities and operations in and around the assigned Cofinimmo buildings in Belgium, both on behalf of the customers and in support of the internal technical or commercial requirements.
The Junior Administrative Assistant provides administrative support within different departments of Cofinimmo.
The Project Manager is responsible for the preparation and monitoring of programmes, timing, quality and finances of construction and/or renovation projects with a view to achieving an optimum long-term investment (balance between costs and potential rental income), the organisation and follow-up of technical due diligences for new acquisitions.
