The Project Manager is responsible for the preparation and monitoring of programmes, timing, quality and finances of construction and/or renovation projects with a view to achieving an optimum long-term investment (balance between costs and potential rental income), the organisation and follow-up of technical due diligences for new acquisitions.
2 SENIOR DEVELOPMENT MANAGERS (1 for Spain & 1 for Germany)
The Senior Development Manager monitors all portfolio investment, redevelopment and divestiture files. He/she actively looks for investment opportunities and works out potential office building, nursing homes, or PPP projects that are prone to join the portfolio.
The Corporate Communication Officer assists the Head of Communication & IR with the dissemination, improvement and standardisation of Cofinimmo’s image in relation to targets external to the company.
COMMERCIAL ACCOUNT MANAGER
The Commercial Account Manager is in charge of the monitoring, organisation, direction and ongoing adjustment of the commercial activities (building rental) of Cofinimmo.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT
The Property Management Assistant provides administrative support within the Property Management department of Cofinimmo.
PROPERTY SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR (HELPDESK)
The Property Services Administrator receives and dispatches all the requests and/or complaints made by customers and organises the interventions at the customer premises, choosing appropriate subcontractors.
2 TRANSACTION MANAGERS M&A (1 junior + 1 senior)
The Transaction Manager is in charge of the entire property acquisition process and the management of all post acquisition issues arising from Cofinimmo’s activity. He/she develops/challenges business plans and financial implications of CAPEX and acquisition propositions. He/she performs/reviews financial due diligence on business plan and financial statements of target companies and participates in integration/post closings.
