PORTFOLIO AT 31.12.2015
At 31.12.2015, Cofinimmo’s office portfolio accounted
for 39.6% of its total invested portfolio. It comprised
81 properties1 , with a total above-ground floor area
of 635,787 m² and a fair value of 1,241.1 million EUR.
The buildings are located exclusively in Belgium, mostly in
Brussels. The occupancy rate in m² remains high (89.7%)
compared with the Brussels market. More than 22% of
the offices are leased to the Belgian and international
public sector.
