Over time Cofinimmo has progressively integrated the notion of sustainable
development in its corporate strategy by meeting or even exceeding new
environmental legislation and through the ISO 14001:2004 certification of its activities,
but also by making choices regarding the diversification of its portfolio that have
allowed it to ensure its economic profitability while meeting societal challenges.
