Cofinimmo always selects operators with a certain level of experi-
ence, a reputation of high quality of care, financial stability, a bal-
anced management team and realistic growth targets. With a few
exceptions, the assets are leased to operator groups which each
manage many sites. The leases are either signed with the parent
company of the operator group or guaranteed by it.
Acquisitions in this sector all undergo a prior due diligence to
assess the profitability of the project as well as the solvency of
the operators. This solvency analysis is repeated annually, with the
operators undertaking to provide regular financial reports on the
evolution of their operations.
