Cofinimmo actively contributes to improving the image of
the real estate sector. As a listed company and because of
its market position, it must at all times demonstrate trans-
parency and ethics in the conduct of its business activities
towards its stakeholders.
It respects the rules against risks of questionable practices
or those punishable by law (money laundering, undeclared
work, social dumping, etc.) that are contrary to the principles
of sustainable development, fair treatment, equal opportuni-
ties, and respect for others. The operating principles are valid
for all the segments in which the company is active and in all
countries where it is present.
