OUR DIVERSITY POLICY

OUR BOARD AND ITS

COMMITTEES

The diversity of our Board of Directors is

reflected both in the significant presence

of women and the presence of three

different nationalities. By this selection

the Board can increase its knowledge

about the different countries in which we

operate.

OUR MANAGEMENT

We are one of the few Belgian real estate

companies with such a high female

presence. For many years, the majority of

our employees are female. Many of them

have management positions in both

operational and support teams (Human

Resources, Accounting, Finance, Investor

Relations, Treasury, etc.).

All employees are offered flexibility in

their working life. Mainly young women

exploit this flexibility.

The potential career development and

growth within the company remains

unchanged for women returning from

maternity leave, as promotions are based

on talent and skill recognition, regardless

of their origin. Only these profiles will

be able to efficiently assume the role of

manager-coach.

OUR EMPLOYEES

Diversity management is an integral

part of Human Resources Management

(access to training, coaching and stress

management, knowledge transfer, etc.)

Equality, also demonstrated by the regular

renewal of our Investors in People label, is

present in every field and at all levels.

Our employees have a mixed cultural

background. This stimulates internal

creativity and improves team

performances. Generational diversity

gathers wisdom and innovation and

results in replicable solutions.
