Partnerships with healthcare operators

Cofinimmo owns the walls of medical institutions (cure and care centres, primary care) in Belgium and its neighbouring countries. It either acquired them from the operators and lets them to the latter over the long term, or built them on demand and according to their specifications. The maintenance and repair of the buildings is generally taken care of by the tenant, more seldom by Cofinimmo.

Thanks to a real estate experience of almost 40 years and a “one-stop shopping” approach, Cofinimmo can accompany its partners by offering different services ranging from simple financing to larger projects encompassing the design, construction and delivery of new facilities.
